My can opener is being difficult

This is the can opener that I have now & it is so difficult to use!
Am I just being a spaz? Does anyone else have this one? Is there a better one out there? ahhh... I just want to open a can of tuna...

can openers can be very annoying. i remember my mom always talking about how hard it was to find a good one. she finally discovered sunbeam. and i have an excellent cuisinart one. good luck
