my mom just called and my dress is clean and sealed in a box .. that means i cant try it on anymore !! :( hopefully down the road someone will want to wear it!
what did you do with your shoes??
mine are silver and i think i plan to wear them when i can..

nothing. They're still in a bag, thrown in the back of the closet. They're white satin (at least they used to be) and I definitely can't use them now. I'm thinking of dying them black mabye so I can use them again.

I still have them but I'm going to dump them. They are ivory, and NOBODY other than a bride should every wear ivory shoes! So, I won't be wearing them again. As for keeping them for someone else.....ew....I woudn't even want someone to have to wear my shoes.
Since yours are silver...you should keep them! You may definitely have the opportunity to wear silver shoes again! I just wore silver shoes myself this past weekend. I say to keep 'em....but only if its for YOU to wear again. Not for nostalgia.

Uh, they're still sitting on top of my vanity table since I took them off on my wedding day! I need to find out if I can have them dyed. I love them, they're gorgeous and were comfortable, but they have sequins, so I dunno if dyeing will work. Otherwise I don't have much use for ivory formal shoes.

No idea where they are I gave all my stuff to a GM the morning after the wedding because we left immediately for the HM from the hotel. So I'm pretty sure they're SOMEWHERE with my mom... I spent a pretty penny on them so I'd like to say I'd dye them and wear them again, but it's unlikely

I did the same with my dress, veil, and tiara, theyre all in the sealed box, but its see thru!
My shoes were regular like white platforms, I plan to wear them again cause I was just so comfortable in them.
Not sure what I did with my gloves tho?

If anyone lives in the Farmingdale area, I recommed an AMAZING place that cleans the dresses and perserves it as well!
