My dumb Bank

I added DH to my bank account cus we are married and thats a common thing. They sent him a card, but it wasn't useable. Not sure what the point was, but I went to the bank and spoke to someone and they sent him a new card- but this time with a mastercard logo. They said he will be able to use it at atms and run it as a credit card. He got it all set up and he cant use it! And the bank told him he doesn't have access to my account???? Its so weird! Then why send him a card??? We seriously sat at the bank 3 days before our wedding for an hour with this woman while they set up the joint account.

And now he has no $$ and no gas in his car and has to drive to the bronx to go meet with his new possible manager. I told him to go to another branch and try to get teh $$ by fillingout a withdrawl form- I hope they let him get the money! DUMB BANK!!!!!

ugh Gina you're not alone.
The bank DH and I have our joint account in did sort of the same thing. It took them over a month to work it out.
This was AFTER they took the checks with my name on them and deposited them b/c they said we were 'all set'
So, they could take my money, but not give it back.

I hope your bank fixes this situation soon.
