and I won my case. he has 10 days to refund my money, he has to pay it to the magistrate, then they will contact me to pick it up. he also has to pay the court cost, he has to give back all my money accept $10.00, the judge gave him that for gas, the judge really laid it into him. the judge took my album and showed his secretaries, they thought at first they were just proofs, they were appalled. but I am happy with the outcome, I have to call dh and let him know. I just wish I had beautiful pics, and all my memories the way I dreamed it would be. but I am glad I won.
