Thanks everyone.
I seriously will consider some sort of informal GTG when the weather lets up and when the grass in our yard comes in. Right now with an empty living room and an unfinished yard, there's really no way to entertain big groups of people.
So far now you'll have to come in small groups of 4. Let me know who's coming first. (Jenn?)

Yup, they're Bosch. Not sure if they're condensors or not. I just know that they have all sorts of sensors built in...like water sensors so that the water is adusted based on how much laundry you put in and sensors that gauge how dry the clothes are...
DH did all the research on the appliances. I had absolutely nothing to do with any of them.

I have the Magtag washer, similar to yours and it works great. It rings out your clothes soooo much they are practically dry and is as quiet as a mouse.

The Bosch washers are quite good for the environment, low energy and low water use. I'm always glad when I see people who had the space for anything chose them. I didn't have a choice -- I needed the condensor dryer because there was no way to vent outside, and they needed to be able to fit in the kitchen under the counter. (Ahh condo living!) I've been very happy with them as well.
