My job update!

ok so i know i've been bad at updating but it was mainly 'cause my outcome was up in the air...ANYWAYS, tomorrow is my first full day of training with Bare Minerals.... M.a.c was looking VERY promising, but in the end, after all my interviews & makeup doing's - the corporate manager wasn't very ecstatic about my scheduel. She did really like me and told me she'd call me for future jobs if positions opened up, and to regularly drop off my resume, BUT that another girls scheduel was completely open..and being that the holidays are coming, well.i guess that just worked better. It was a little frustrating because at my first interview the FLOOR manager said my scheduel was do-able...but i guess when the corporate manager saw mine vs. an open one, she understandably chose the other...i just wish they would've realized that from the beginning instead of me wasting time & energy on 3interviews! lol. ANYWAYS, so between all of that, i had also applied for Bare Escentuals...which is the boutique for all the Bare Minerals Products...all the people that work there are awesome, and the two managers are absolute sweethearts...not to mention all the mineral based makeup is just incredible..it's so different than anything i've ever worked with. The managers were SO understanding about my scheduel and were very excited to bring me on board so yay! i start my first day of training tomorrow! i'm very excited - either place (mac or b.e.) are great learning and creative outlets - so i was happy with either one...and now i get to work in a great place, with great people, with great product....not to mention i get 50% off EVERYTHING!!! ha lol. ANYWAYS, so i just wanted to fill u all in...i'm off to bed now - gotta rest up for the morning!

a big and thank to ALL of u ladies! I had my training today...it was SOO hardcore and i loved EVERY second of it! There is SO much information to learn, but it's all so interesting and i'm so eager to learn all of it! EVERY girl there is so awesome - there really wasn't one that i didn't get along with...and the makeup!!! OOOOOH THE MAKEUP! i want one of everything lol. it seriously is the most amazing stuff i've ever seen...i saw so many women come in today & get their 'Make-Under' (as they call it) and there are real immediate amazing effects..and their skin care lines are just incredible...I'm just very excited Tomorrow is gonna be a long day - but again, it should be a lot of fun! thanks for all the good wishes girls!
