My new pet peeve...gym related

I hate that too.. Or the girls that wear the skimpiest outfit possible..

I think looking to meet guys

I hate that too....meanwhile I'm red faced and dripping....

....wow I'm gross

They're prowling. I love it.

Then there's always the pudgy jock (the HS footballer who has gained 30 lbs since and has the same haircut but still thinks he's HOT) on the treadmill in front scoping those chicks out - blatantly. LOVE it.

pick up joint, they're out to meet people. DH actually just said this last night that the gym we go to isn't too bad in terms of being a total meathead pick up joint.

I HATE having hair on my face. I lose all concentration and have to stop running until I get every strand out of the way. Forget makeup - this is why I always look like a beast when I work out. But who cares?

OMG Those too. I SWEAR IM NOT LYING but the other day there was a guy with patent leather dress shoes running on the treadmill and I swear he thought he was Gods gift to women. I almost tripped over my feet when I saw that.

She just strolls around. Its the oddest thing to me. EH I guess to each his own but it annoys me.

so true. I used to go in sweat pants and a baggy tshirt with my hair in a bun, i cant stand hair on my neck when im sweating. But meanwhile i would see girls in tights and little sports bras with their make up and hair done. I remember thinking 'damn didnt know you had to get fixed up to go to the gym' but i didnt care, i wasnt about to get dolled up to go workout and sweat.

But yeah i guess single girls go to meet guys there. Then theres some girls who cant leave the house EVER without make up and all dolled up

ahh this is so bad but I do that...It's terrible I know but I go to Lucille Roberts so it's not that i'm trying to pick up men at all. I just work out better when I have a great workout outfit on and ponytails drive me crazy when i'm running and it starts falling out, I can't stand it. I just always have make-up on ..... I feel weird without it. You mean girls! Just kidding. I know what you're saying but I am like that and it's not to pick up guys or anything. Just wanted to say that some people genuinely just do it for themselves.

do you go to the rock by any chance. I always see girls walking out of there all fixed up, and lots of young meatheads go so im guessing its to impress them. But the matrix is sort of the same way, so either place you go to in the neighborhood would be the same

After reading this thread I am considering not to find out

08er crashing.

I was just thinking that this morning. I went to the gym this morning at 5:45am...and around 6:15am someone got on to the elliptical next to me and this girl had FULL MAKE-UP and her hair DONE, with skimpy booty shorts (not workout gear) and a tank top. The only thing she had on that was workout gear was her sneakers. I was like....it's 6:15am...who are you trying to impress at this time!!!!!!

Awww Anamaree Im sorry!!! No offense really. I just cant stand makeup on period or hair on my back even if Im not sweating so when I see it I cringe!!! But if thats the way you work out then more power to yoU! I know what you mean about the ponytail falling. That does get annoying. I started using like 800 bands to keep my bun up and a head band. No offense to you I swear Im not mean!

OMG Joe is too funny!!! Tell him to get his butt to the gym and stop wasting money!! Chris has a membership but goes like once a week and he hasnt been able to go because of his appendix. I forgot to suspend his membership when it happened so we paid for this month for nothing. But Im used to it since he hardly ever goes anyway.
