I SWORE I wasn't going to do this but I DID IT!! I chopped off 18 inches ((My longest Layers)) but still left the underneath pretty long. For the color she redid my highlights to a more subtle blonde so it's still light but the brightness is toned down with deep lowlights underneath.
It's a really funky cut, it's hard to see it in the pics but I do love it. It's a big change for me.....let me know what ya think!! XO

wow i love it - i want to go back to my blonde and brown color - im going back to the salon on the 22nd to switch back to my normal color. i hate the red

I'm actually stuck in JOISEY now BLAH with my hubby but i've been going to the same guy for four years out here and he had me stuck in this blonde rutt.....so I CHEATED The girl's name is Nicole she's from Nicole Marie Salon or something like that. She is actually the daughter of the owner and only 21...still working on her hair license
Huge Kudo's to her, she did a Fantastic Job and completely kept me calm and laughing. She's got a great career ahead of her!

it looks great! but i will say I LOVE YOU BLONDE!! lol, BUT coming from a blonde, I KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO NEED THE CHANGE...i'm actually achin' for one right now! love love LOVE the cut & the color does look great!

Thank you so much ladies.........Cheryl, if you're looking to cut it but Hubby wants it long, you should try these short layers out. I love them more and more, my hair is sooooooooo lightweight now and I have these fun short layers to play with. It's a happy compromise. Show us your cut when u do it.

Looks great! I am actually going today for my first cut after the wedding. Nothing too dramtic yet since it's summer and I still want to pull it back.
