I think Stef means that you cannot print video stills in an album with a high degree of quality or enlarge them, posting them on the web is different.

I am SOOO sorry about this. What has his response to you been? I mean, is he TRYING to make this up to you? If not, post his name!! you don't want other brides to go thru this too.He should not only be refunding you money, but he should be bending over backwards to help you salvage what you can. How awful!

So sorry! I know how frustrating you must feel. Everyone gave very good advice. Your first course of action is talk to the photographer and have him re-shoot the stills!! I hope it all works out!

Yes, i meant what michele said. Digital video is shot at a certain pixel # per inch that is great for tv but when you take one frame, its not good enough to get clear prints from them. A photo on the web only requires 72 dots per inch, a good photo requires at least 2-4x that.

Cutie - My friend also had the same problem. Her shots were blurry, there were no close-ups of her and her husband. They requested only 2 special pics (church empty, hall set-up and empty) and neither one was taken. Someone kissed her on the cheek and left bright pink lipstick so all of her formal pics have lipstick on her! She used a studio (3 letter name, which I believe you also used). Well they went to the studio and raised a fit! The studio is now airbrushing out all the lipstick on her face on EVERY shot and they are doing lots of touch-ups and cropping..She isn't paying for any of it. The studio is...so go down there and make them fix their mistakes
