I can't wait to see them tonight! Was everyone who used DUET happy with their proofs and/or video?

UPDATED: I only went through them really fast, but in all honesty they weren't nearly what I was expecting after seeing some of yours. I'm a bit sad

FINAL UPDATE: I spent hours tonight going through all the proofs and putting them in some kind of order and I'm really growing to love them. It helps to see them in order - b/c it brings back the day!! I'm convinced my original disappointment was my inability to like the way I look in photographs!!

I liked mine! My DH isn't too photogenic, he looks much better in person, but I can't blame Duet for that.

I absolutely loved my proofs .. Still havent done our albums yet or our video (yes i am a huge procrasinator) but I'm sure they'll be great also

Thanks! You girls are getting me so excited! The box is so heavy I can't imagine how many photo's are in there!!!!

I have to buy a scanner this weekend so I can post some on Sunday night!!!

Oct04Bride I felt the same way - sad - i wasn't happy AT ALL with my proofs. But over time, I came to really like them

I'm sure you will get to like them....

From my experience, I would say don't make any judgements after only flipping through them really quickly. I did that, and had the exact same reaction as you. But when I set aside some time to look at them, I guess I kind of saw them in a different light and absolutely loved them.

I hope the same thing happens for you!

I'm sure they are beautiful -- show us some and let us help you judge!

If you are like me, you might be being too critical of yourself, but in actually you look beautiful. I know when I look at pictures of myself, I immediately look for something wrong -- eyes looking the wrong way, stray piece of hair, crooked smile.

Honestly, there are only about 40 of mine I really LOVE (most of them I posted). Out of the rest of the 850, they were so-so. I can't blame them entirely--my DH makes funny faces for the camera, and isn't too photogenic, but when it comes down to choosing the TY, I don't have too many I am undecided about! I am sure there are enough for your album you will love. It took me 2 or 3 times looking through to really like them.
