my proudest milestone in a loooonnnggg time W/Pics

i don't know if you girls will care that much (not that you're not caring :o) ...just saying you might be like...'umm, who are you again?'

...BUT tomorrow hits the ONE year mark for my weight loss. A year ago tomorrow i was 50 pounds heavier. I actually found THE before picture last week on my computer. i don't even recognize myself... OMG..but anyway, i just came home from the gym (where i spend 3 nights a week of my life) and had a very hard training session but realized... a year ago today, i was sitting home on the couch, feeling sad about the wedding and my weight...and just about to embark on a life-changing journey. I ALMOST posted my before picture but OMG... i don't think i can!!! anyway, by the newlywed luncheon, i hope to have reached my weight loss goal. just wanted to share with you

UPDATE: okay, i added my before/afters... but please don't quote because i'm DEFINITELY taking them down later! :o) thanks for all the love and support (as always)!! this was a very empowering experience for me...posting this! HOPE i don't regret it!

Congrats!!!!!!

That is really huge and just keep up the awesome work, it is a huge milestone to do the hard work that it takes to lose that much weight and to also keep it off.

Last year I also lost 50 pds, it is definitely hard to keep it off, when sometimes you just want to say eff it and eat whatever you want to, but I just remember that I don't want to go back to being that person.

wow! congratulations to you too!! yes def a lot of hard work and sweat! it took a while to reprogram my brain in terms of food (especially because i was coping with an emotional issue...) so i know exactly what you mean!! congrats to you!!

Didn't you have the pic that was like beachy? and a sweatshirt on? You came on kinda late... but I remember.

Congratulations on the weight loss!! it's a HUGE milestone and it takes a lot of dedication and hard work. I know because i too lost 50 pounds... and def could still have lost more... but so far haven't.

One of the guys I work with lost 75 lbs since last Jan 1. I have NEVER seen anything so amazing/ridiculous in my life.

You should be SO proud of yourself for such a tremendous accomplishment! POST THOSE PICS GIRL and WORK IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks! ... honestly, i have no idea what pic i had back last year i change it ALL the time!...plus i had a stalker and had to change my name to MrsJuneB2B (which i HATE, but keep because i'm afraid people really won't know me) it was mandyandbrian (or something) i was like on the boards CONSTANTLY until the wedding, then went on the honeymoon and was gone for over a month and a half, then lost my computer, job and blah blah blah...so i missed out on SO SO much! however, all of you have always been so sweet and helpful! made a lot of stresses totally bearable!!

that's awesome that you lost so much!! it's def NOT easy! that's awesome!
