So Dh took our dogs to the vet yesterday for their annual checkups...and they had to muzzle my little girl She weighs about 14lbs....poor thing is a rescue & we think was abused by her reactions to certain things...i felt so bad for her...she's such a sweetie (but freaks out when you try & put ear drops in or cut her nails...) Would you be afraid of this snaggle tooth pup??? haha
AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW lol they have to do it unfortunately because they never know who is the vicious animal. They muzzle and chain ym kitten who freask out when my husband says 'SIMON' in a creepy voice-his tail puffs up and he doesnt bite or scratch. Big lover.
I feel sorry for the 'vicious killwr' there though..she looks like she needs some cuddles.

awwww so cute. My baby gets muzzled when he gets his nails done. I'm sure it hurts them.
But he's 70 punds so I have to get on top of him and pin him to the ground!

Aww she is adorable. Poor little thing and I would try playing with her paws so she is used to the touch so she won't have a hard time at the vet. It sort of worked with my puppy.

Thanks...she is a bit skittish if you touch her paws or just try and look in her ears...who knows what someone did to her...they think she was about 1-2 years old when we got her...she was abandoned in a building in the city
our other dog we had since a pup is sooo easy...you could cut his foot off & he'd just sit there...haha...we did the whole touch him all over thing so he was used to it...maybe we can get her more comfortable by playing with her paws & ears more...great idea!!

No problem anytime. Our vet actually recommemded that when our lil one was about 6 month old (she is 1 1/2 years now) becasue it would take 2 to hold her down and we didn't want to traumatize her. It worked after a few nail clippings.
Good luck and they are adorable. It is a shame that someone would do that to poor helpless animal.

adorable.. although I have to add, the little dogs are usually the worst LOL.. I currently have one sleeping on my foot.. better than gnawing on my toes!

Oh not at all! I've had bad things between my 2 dogs who don't get along, and their big dogs, and this tiny pooch wouldn't scare me the least bit! How cute! What an adorable dog! God bless you for taking this dog in!!!
