Has this ever happened to anyone else? Thank goodness I was at the photographer picking it up when it happened.
They were really good about sending it back to be fixed, but I really want it. I have been waiting for months!
The book is magazine style and really heavy. Do you have to be that delicate with it?

Wow. I've never heard of that happening. I'm glad you were at the photographers so that they saw it wasn't your fault. You should have them document it in case it happens again

Wow so sorry this happened...ive never heard of this happening, especially when an album is brand new, im glad that you were able to resolve this immediately though!

Our wedding album is the storybook album and it is very stong but we are always careful with it and overprotected of it when we are showing it to others.
We are sorry to hear about this and we are wishing that you recieve your wedding very, very soon.

Hmm do you know whose album it is? I mean the company. I know there are some that are not great-photographer friends of mine ahve steered me away from using them for printing services. FM me. I'd rather not get into it on the boards if any are vendors or know vendors.
