I've used it on my arms only. Works pretty good. I've never tried it on my legs or underarms.

I used to use it years and years ago on my legs and underarms. Couldn't stand the smell any more and really didn't think it lasted any longer than shaving.

I've tried it a few times. My hair is too coarse. I shave.

I use veet for my arms... it stillh as a chemical smell but less then the olden days.

The times on the back of the package vary to depending on what type of hair you have. I find that 5-8 minutes is not enough to take off my course hair so I usually leave it on for ten.

Be carfeul though it can burn. Ive never used it on my legs

I've used the one for your face and it works good. I don't have the time or the effort to attempt using it on my arms...

it only takes 3-4 minutes to take arm hair off, at first I wwas skeptical but if you apply it and then wipe it off with a wet wash cloth it comes right off.

I think Neet used to work better than Nair. But I don't know if they still sell Neet.

Also, sally hansen has some good products just like nair.

If it burns... take it off immediately!!! I sat there and let it burn until the time was up... and i has chemical burns on me... and little holes where my skin was eaten. just be careful.

I used it when I was a teen- it burns, smells disgusting, and only works the first few times you do it.

I just stick to shaving.

I meant to put legs. Yeah I've tried it on my arms too, but I hate when it growns back in because then your arms are prickly. I just bleach my arm hair.

Yeah she does. I used her bleaching kit. Her hair remover works good too..but I found that Nair lasts longer on me.

I used Nair in the beginning. I stopped after getting bad reactions on my legs (itchy bumps). So, shaving it is.

If I could tolerate pain, I'd wax though.

I used to use it occasionally. It was ok but a PITA b/c it was messy. I did the laser and now I don't worry about that stuff anymore... I cannot emphasize enough how great laser hair removal is.

Nair never worked for me. I use one of those epilators once a week.

no. it wasn't at all like a bad sunburn really. it was like a really bad chemical burn where my skin was missing in parts that looked like random holes (not round circle shapes either - more like the shapes and sizes you would see on a leaf that was eaten by bugs). Since I was missing skin then it scabs up and all.
I guess the skin that wasn't eaten off completly might have been irritated to the point where it was like a bad sunburn now that I think of it. But there were more parts with missing skin... and that was wayyy worse than a bad sunburn.

What's strange is that I didn't really bleed, even where the skin was missing... though you could see pink flesh like something underneath. It's hard to explain.

But it was a disasterous mess and hurt like crazy too!!!
