I'm filling out the form for DMV and its asks for my social security number. Is it okay to put down my old SSN with my new name? I know a lot of girls have changed their licenses before going to the Social Security Office so I am just wondering what other girls have done. TIA!

Usually they tell you to go to SS first and have that changed. Then go to DMV.
I but yes, you can put your SS number with your new name since your SS # will not change.

It doesn't matter whether you do the DMV or SS first. Your SS number stays the same your entire life, no matter your name.
Yes, you can go ahead and put the old number with the new name.
