Need a really good Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

I bought a very expensive pound of Chilean Sea Bass last night to make for dinner tonight. I didn't realize how expensive it was until I told DH. I obviously want to make a nice meal of it tonight, but the problem is I never made Chilean Sea Bass.

Can anyone tell me a really good way to make it and if it should be marinated in something and if so what?

We always get it at Ciao Baby and it tastes so YUMMY, but I don't know how they make it.

TIA

INGREDIENTS
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
lemon pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
2 pounds sea bass
3 tablespoons butter
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill for high heat.
In a small bowl, stir together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, and sea salt. Sprinkle seasonings onto the fish.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the garlic and parsley. Remove from heat when the butter has melted, and set aside.
Lightly oil grill grate. Grill fish for 7 minutes, then turn and drizzle with butter. Continue cooking for 7 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Re: Need a really good Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

yum!!! Maybe look online on the food network. Im sure they have some great recipes for it on there! But I personally think you can probably bake it on like 350 for probably 20 minutes. And just rub some olive oil on it and season it with a little salt, peper, and maybe some lime juice. I feel like that kind of fish doesnt need a lot done to it for it to taste good.

Re: Need a really good Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

Yum. I LOVES me some sea bass.

I usually squeeze some lemon or lay lemon slices on top & bottom, add S&P & fresh thyme, wrap it in a foil tent & bake for 15 min or so on 400 degrees. SO easy & delicious

I made this last night. It was good. Thanks for posting it. I ended up baking it instead of grilling.
