Re: Need An Easy Quick Recipe

how bout a dessert? something super easy is a pudding pie- get a couple of boxes of chocolate pudding mix (on the side of the box I think it says how many to use for a pie), make the pudding on the stove, pour it in a ready made graham cracker pie crust, and then cover it with cool whip.

Re: Need An Easy Quick Recipe

Taco Salad
(can be side, appetizer or main meal)

1 lb ground beef
1 bag of cheese doritos
1 head of lettuce
1 bag of taco cheese
1 small bottle of catalina dressing
1 small bottle of creamy french or french
1 container of cherry/grape tomatoes

Brown the beef
Cut up lettuce
Cut tomatoes in half
Crunch up the doritos into small pieces

Put everything EXCEPT the dressings in a big bowl/tupperware. Stir everything together.

Put the dressings in right before you are going to eat (will get too soggy)

This is soooooooo delicious!!!! Everytime I bring it somewhere, I wind up giving out the recipe.

Re: Need An Easy Quick Recipe

You can make a quick Italian Pasta Salad:

Get TriColor Pasta and boil it til Semi-Firm (Don't let it get too mushy)

Mix with cut up Cherry Tomatos, Red & Yellow Peppers, Cucumbers & chunks of Mozarella Cheese (Sorrento from Fridge Aisle is fine)

Throw in some Salt&Pepper, Parsley, Oregano & Lots of Parmesan Cheese

Mix with some Olive Oil and White Balsamic Vinaigrette

You can make it in a big tin tonight, keep in fridge and just bring it tomorrow.

YUMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I make a fat free version of this all the time too... same as above except I use the fat free/sugar free cook & serve pudding and fat free milk, and fat free cool whip... I have a lot of relatives on diets, they love it!
