I am so sick of making the same things over and over. Does anybody have good recipes they want to share with me?
Hopefully there are no complaints that my post should technically be on the recipe board on LIF

Have you ever made Cheese Stuffed Shells? Me & DH LOVE it (I make it with garlic bread).
Here's the recipe I do - very simple!
12 oz. shells 1 1/2 lbs. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese finely diced 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3 c. tomato sauce or meat sauce 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook shells in boiling salted water for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain well and dry in a single layer on paper towels. Combine ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses with eggs and blend with salt, pepper and parsley. Fill the shells with the cheese mixture. Spread a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish. Place the stuffed shells, 1 deep, in the baking dish and top with balance of sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Re: Need dinner ideas/recipes
another one I really love is Mozzarella Chicken w/ Garlic Pasta. This one's pretty easy too, but it takes a little bit longer than the Shells.
Mozzarella Chicken: 1/2 tablespoon olive oil 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/4 cup minced onion 1/2 cup chicken broth 4 cups spaghetti sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes each side, or until white. Add pepper, garlic, onion and broth. Cover and simmer over medium heat until broth cooks off, about 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce, then cover and simmer another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, then return to pot. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 5 minutes. Remove garlic slices, and discard. Pour oil over pasta in pot, and toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle 3/4 of the Parmesan cheese onto pasta, and stir until evenly distributed. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley **Serve with MOZZARELLA CHICKEN, GARLIC PASTA, ITALIAN BREAD

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs
'Honey chicken kabobs with veggies. You can marinate overnight and make these kabobs for an outdoor barbecue as a tasty alternative to the usual barbecue fare! Fresh mushrooms and cherry tomatoes can also be used. (This can also be done in the broiler.)'
PREP TIME 15 Min COOK TIME 15 Min READY IN 3 Hrs
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon honey 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes 1/2 clove garlic 1-1/4 small onions, cut into 2 inch pieces 1/2 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces skewers
This recipe's Ingredients were scaled to yield a new amount. The directions below still refer to the original recipe yield of 12 servings. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, and pepper. Before adding chicken, reserve a small amount of marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking. Place the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers in the bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours (the longer the better). Preheat the grill for high heat. Drain marinade from the chicken and vegetables, and discard marinade. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear. Turn and brush with reserved marinade frequently.
PREP TIME 20 Min COOK TIME 50 Min READY IN 1 Hr 10 Min

2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.) In a saucepan, combine chicken, carrots, peas, and celery. Add water to cover and boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and set aside. In the saucepan over medium heat, cook onions in butter until soft and translucent. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Slowly stir in chicken broth and milk. Simmer over medium-low heat until thick. Remove from heat and set aside. Place the chicken mixture in bottom pie crust. Pour hot liquid mixture over. Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut away excess dough. Make several small slits in the top to allow steam to escape. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
