NEED HELP FROM EXPERIENCED LADIES!

I AM HAVING ABOUT 200 GUESTS @ MY WEDDING AND I AM NOT SURE HOW MANY COCKTAIL NAPKINS AND MATCHBOOKS TO ORDER. ALSO IF ANY OF YOU HAVE DETAILED CHECK LIST TO SHARE, PLEASE DO I NEED AS MUCH HELP ON THE DETAILS AS I CAN! THANKS A MILLION AND CONTRATS ON YOUR NEW MARRIAGES!!

I think I ordered about 80 matchbooks and I had about 175 guests and I had so many left over but my hall put them out only in the 'smoking lounge' so I am not sure everyone saw them. To put matchbooks at the regular bar or on the tables would have sent the wrong signal.
