My MIL would ike to throw a 75th birthday party for her husband in December. There would be about 100 to 125 people, including lots of children. And this is only family !
I need help with a good location in Nassau or western Suffolk county. Place needs to have adequate parking. Price not too expensive.
KofC in Oceanside is out - they screwed us with a refund on a previous party that had to be cancelled because of illness.

Sorry, wish I could help, but all I can think of is halls. But if you look into a hall, Smithtown Landing is a great place.

I've heard that Pomodorinos in Hauppauge is good and that they have a room.

Koenig's in Floral Park!!! love them!! its a german restaurant downstairs, but a ballroom upstairs- my sister got married there in 04 (great price!!)- she had around 100 people at her wedding, it was perfect!

I second Koenigs. I got married there 4 months ago. Great prices, food and parking. The website is koenigsrestaurant.com

I would definetly recommend Milleridge Inn, Page One (in Glen Cove) or Chas. Rothman's.
