Ok so we are starting to think about places to have the babies christening. We are going to have about 80 people so we need a plce that can hold that many. we don't want to spend alot of money we wanted to stay around $20-25 per person. Know of any places??

I would see about renting out a VFW hall- I passed one in Williston the other day that looked nice- and have it catered buffet style- you will save a lot
eta- I see that you said Queens, try Dante's on Union Turnpike- dh through my 30th surprise birthday party there and he said they really worked with him on the price

I had my shower in Maspeth at Connely's Corner, I don't recall how much it was per person, but you can give them a call if you want. It was really yummy and great atmosphere for a nice sunday party.

I went to Connely's for a baby shower. it was really nice there. I'll have to check out the prices and to see if they can hold that many people. thanks!

I think she was talking about Connely's. Thats in maspeth. It's on grand ave.

oh no thats not the same place- this is an italian restaurant that does catering- its in flushing.
I was thining of there too being it's right near our house. I'll have to stop in there one night.
