Need some prayers..
...for my aunt. My uncle (and godfather) passed away this morning after a valiant battle against stomach cancer. He was diagnosed the week after my wedding.
He was 80 years old. He and my aunt were happily married for 59 years. They were as in love as they were the day they met.
About a month after DH and I got engaged, my uncle sat Joe down to give him marriage advice. He told him 'your wife is always right remember that'![]()
then the said that even though my aunt is a beautiful woman, whenever he looks at her, he sees the 15 year old girl he fell in love with.
I won't be on much in the next couple of days (going to FL for the funeral) but please keep my aunt in your prayers as she truly has never been without my uncle.![]()
