If anyone sees the Wii, can you let me know? It is the ONLY thing my step daughter has asked for 2 years in a row and we can't find it again! And the killer is that she still believes in santa and last year she thought she did something bad b/c it was the only thing she asked for!
We felt awful and don't want to do that to her again. But, there's no way I'm going to spend $500 on ebay for it either. So if you happen to see it or have any 'insider' tips, can you please, please please let me know? Thanks!

did you try Toys R US? We went to game Stop and they said thats your best bet this late in the game. I hope you find it!!!

Call every Toys R Us in your area (or that you are willing to drive to) ask them if they know when they will be getting deliveries of it....most do ( we did this awhile ago) then go there during those times, alot of people do this. Also, I think at one of the game stores in Smithhaven will let you order it~but Idont know how long you have to wait for it

I can only make one suggestion. Hit Target early on Sunday...as many as you can. They WON'T tell you that they have them in stock or not because they don't want the rush. But that is how we got them last year...we walked in on a Saturday morning (not really looking anymore for them) and they were just sitting there behind the case.
Just a suggestion to try...

I got DH one in August at a place in the mall called GameStop i think? Try one of those smaller boutique type gaming stores in the mall maybe? Good luck!!!!

Do they sell them in Best Buy or Circuit City? If so, then try going on their websites and do the in store pickup. It should give you a list of stores that have it available in your area. If you do that, it will be waiting in the store for you when you get there,

my co worker was telling me that at the nintendo store in manhattan, the line starts forming at 4am, but they get a shipment everyday. if all else fails, consider it!

i was in game stop a few weeks ago and they said they can get them you just have to put your name on the list (no idea how long or short it is) and when they come in they call you and you just go and pick it up. I went to the one in smithhaven mall... GL

We got a Wii last year around Christmas time and practically stalked it. The Nintendo Store in Manhattan gets a shipment every morning and also one at some point in the afternoon. DH worked close by, so he called, found out they had one and went to get it, but if you aren't in the area might be worth it to get there an hr or somethign before they open and wait in line for them to open.
