Re: need your help ladies!
well first i would start off with what are their feelings on adults living at home with their parents then slowly merge onto large gaps between a wedding ceremony and CH

Re: need your help ladies!
What's their favorite type of sport to watch? Answer: if they say something like baseball or basketball they are a team player; if they say something like golf, ice skating etc. They prefer to work individually.
Give them an example of a difficult work situation and ask how they would respond. Why did they choose the field they are in and where do they see themselves in the next 5 years.

I know this question is popular in my field. Maybe due to the amount of overtime that we tend to put in and helping people out. I dont think that its a make it or break it question- just more of getting an idea of the person's method of thinking.

same with my field.. i work with MR/DD adults so there are ALWAYS situations that could arise that will set certain people into panic mode... you cant panic with this population

Ask them where they see themselves professionally in 5 years... This is a good way to determine if they are there to work their way up or just another company on their resume

This is a good one bc I always hate this question. If you say in a similar role you will look like you have no goals lol. If you say something too high then you look like you are just using that job to move up.

Exactly! This will show you how determined they are to do the job and move up.

In my job too you have to be a team player. I just don't see how it would be relevant. People have the love of a sport because of the game whether it's ice skating, gymnastics, swimming or soccer. You love it because it's a passion not because it's a team or individual.

Re: need your help ladies!
i HATE interview questions!! hehe. It's such a fake process, cause the interviewers have GOT to know that I'm just saying what they wanna hear. lol. I'm pretty good at selling myself.
One question I DO like tho, is when they simply ask me 'Why did you go into this profession?' It's so easy because I genuinely do like what I do. It's not like one of those dumb 'name a weakness & strength' questions.
Good luck!!!! (i think it's funny that i would probably be more nervous to GIVE the interview. lol)
