Need your input please

We are invited to a wedding party. The couple got married like 5 months or so ago and they are having a wedding party with friends/family the end of May. Not having it at a place though.......they are having it at a friends place out east.
How much do you think would be appropriate to give for a gift? I was thinking $150.00-ish.
Do you think this is okay?

hmm I dont have an answer for this one...I think it would depend how close to them I was-I would probably give them my norm-but that is just me.

I would give them $200-make it even

I definitely think $150 is appropriate. Not based on the place, but just based on 'is this a fair amount?'

I say give whatever you feel is right. 150 seems like the number you thought of right away, so go with your gut.
