hi guys! After almost a year of searching, losing one house to a higher bidder & almost throwing in the towel, I am proud to announce that WE GOT A HOUSE!!!! We close end of March!!!
We TOTALLY hit the jackpot on this one. It was a foreclosure, and we found the day it went on the market, saw it the next day & stole it for 40% less than it is assessed for! Its pretty and big and has a TON of land (2.5 acres!) I can't wait for our daughter to have a yard!
