new sketch

I'm at a creative lull and I need to start a project soon... Or I am going to drive myself mad.

Sad thing is... I've been commissioned to do 2 paintings but I have yet to find the motivation to begin.

Beginning is always the hardest part.

Love the sketch! I hate when i am uninspired & have to do a project! If i get stuck I walk away & do something fun...then come back...can't wait to see the paintings!!!

my problem is I have too many things I HAVE to do when I get home from work.. I can't justify working on a painting when there is laundrey to be done etc etc

I feel ya. I havent' written in forever (on paper anyway. I write in my head all the time but that doesn't help me) because I just cant get motivated though I hve time at work. I think its because my job is so anti-creativity that Im dull right now.

Love the sketch though. Hopefully you free up some YOU time soon!

that's so spiffy!

I agree, starting is always the hardest part of the creative process for me.
It seems like i do this... for a few days before I can even start to try and start.
did that last part make sense?

Caroline that's a really cool sketch, I kind of saw two rams having a head butting session... But then I realized... I see the dolphins, I see the dolphins!!!!

Interestingly, research has shown that young children cannot identify the intimate couple because they do not have prior memory associated with such a scenario.

What they will see, however, is nine (small & black) dolphins in the picture!

So, we’ve already proven you’re not a young innocent child. Now, if it’s hard for you to find the dolphins within 6 seconds, your mind is SO corrupted that you probably need help and it could take more than smelling the flowers to do that

OK, here’s help: look at the space between her right arm and her head, the tail is on her neck, follow it up. Look at her left hip, follow the shaded part down, it’s another one, and on his shoulder…..
