New to Suffolk!!

Hi ladies!!! I just got married on Saturday and now officially live in holbrook. Any ladies live int he area that could help me out with the best places to shop, eat, etc.....I am from nassau and don't know this area.

Best Place to eat, Mamma Lombardis (but Im sure you know that) shop...Roosevelt Field (I know its a hike) there is Smithhaven Mall-its good but doesnt compare when youare used to RF

welcome! i grew up in Huntington, went to school at SUNY Stony Brook (but now live in VA). Love Suffolk!

I'm new to Suffolk (Ronkonkoma)too, from Florida so, if you find anywhere great to go & need a friend, let me know. I don't know anyone, except for Peggie (but who doesn't )

There are so many great places to go out to eat in Suffolk -- I'm from Saint James/Smithtown but now living in E. Northport.

Of course Mama Lombardi's and Lombardi's on the Sound. Pasta Pasta is our ABSOLUTE favorite in Port Jeff for a romantic dinner. In Smithtown there's Salsa Salsa & Baja Grill for some quick Mexican-like dishes, H2O for great seafood in Smithtown. Love Tomo and Kotobuki for sushi....the list could go on We love to go out to eat.

Hey your not too far from Tanger now to do some good outlet shopping

I'm in Holbrook also...at least for right now.....i'm used to Suffolk though but definetely take everyones recommendations.

Mama Lombardi's is great though a little on the pricy side. Otherwise theres a lot of chain type restaurants. Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Outback, Chili's, Red Lobster...the list goes on and on.

Shopping wise there's actually a LOT of stuff on Sunrise. Gateway Plaza and a ton of really small strip mall type places.
