newley wed chop????

newley wed chop????

So I have a hair appt. this morning and I'm not sure what exactly I want to do. Any ideas for me? Right now my hair is long with some layers and a long bang that falls to the right side of my face.

Do I cut it and be done with it? Or do I just get a trim?

I'm going Tuesday!!! DH will kill me if I do the newlywed chop! I am just going to trim it! I like it long for the summer for ponytails

I DID LONGER BANGS BUT THEY ARE PRETTY SHOT I NEED TO PIN THEM BACK
BUT THE LENGTH IS STILL LONG
I ALSO LIKE THEY GIVE ME A 'STYLE' WHEN I WEAR MY HAIR IN A PONY THEY COME FORWARD

I did long bangs also- I love them

I can't cut my hair- it's part of who I am- I love my hair long- regardless of what my DH likes- which lucky for him he likes long

Take a chance. Have fun. It grows back. I have found that women cut their hair right after they get married and right after they have kids.

Just cut it.....It will grow back! I got my hair cut the day after we got home from the HM. I look off about 5 inches.

I cut 14' off...and love my hair now!! Go for it...like Leslie said, it grows back!!

thanks ladies. I cut 4 inches off added tons of layers and a side bang.....not too bad.

When in doubt, stay with a trim. You'll never regret a trim as oppose to a more dramatic chop. Long layers are elegant and they frame every face well. Where are you having your hair done?

Hmm Leslie, I wonder whose wedding that 2nd pic is from??

I'm also going for the newlywed chop, but not too much. I'm going to leave it just past my shoulders. Probably going sometime this week to get it done.

I am going for a cut this wednesday, I need it terribly, my hair is shot right now. I think I am just going to trim it and add some long layers. My DH likes long hair (I wish I could chop it)
