newleyweds... anyone been on The Carribbean Princess... repost from NWR...

Anyone been on The Carribean Princess? Any opinions?

DH surprised me today with a week cruise to the eastern Carribean. ( I swore I would never go back on Princess after i got locked in a bathroom , they gave us a lot of onboard credit to get us to come back.) I know I will not be locking the bathroom door again, I rather hold it closed.. better safe then sorry, anyway, any feedback on this ship? I looked on other websites ( crusie critic, etc.). I just trust all of you on this more then reading a review on there.. it is the boat that has 'movies under the stars'.

we were on golden princess just a month ago and it was a perfect honeymoon. i wouldn't look to deep with a faulty switch...anything can break at any time... at least they gave you some credit for your diffuclty. enjoy your trip

Normally it would have not bothered me, but someone else got locked in an hour before me and instead of putting an out of order sign on it they did nothing and becuase of this I am claustrophobic.... also everyone was disembarking too.... and no one came to help for 1/2 hour!
