She didn't give me the beckham, she gave me the Katie Homes variation despite me being specific that was NOT what I wanted. I didn't want a traditional bob with bangs and thats what i got, albeit longer bangs. She claimed its the dark color that makesit look different and that my bangs wern't long enough to pull it off (which YES they were cause I measured) but she made it all more rounded instead of angled.
Usually Im pretty chipper about bad haircuts but Im really disappointed in this one cause we have that fancy dinner on Monday night and now I hate my hair. Its bad enough I don't een want to post pics.
But yep for the girls that knew I was going to chop it I di. verdict= she does fantastic hair color but sh*tty haircuts....

Thanks guys. I'll deal with it till it gets a little longer and I can have someone fix it. Right now its just toooo short in the back middle to do anything with it. I think the issue is she made the abck too short and left the sides an @ss hair too long so it looks like a bob but REALL flat cause no volume in back. So I look like KAtie Holmes on the sides but none of the volume. Just really odd. Its not awful but its definetly not what I wanted. When I mosey to putting on makeup I will post pics. Its a strange cut uase gives the illusion of length but there is NO length lmao-its three inches long in back. CRAZY stuff.

I'm sure you look good...you probably not use of seeing yourself with short hair cut. If you need honest opinion, ask you're DH's on how he thinks of your new cut.

Jen, rewash and style it yourself. I have left places dissapointed and when I restyled it, it was not bad. Sorry...as a hair fanatic, I feel your pain (like when I get highlights, sit in a chair for 3 hours and come out with roots )-Sometimes you need to let the post scissor shock fade and a good blowout will help

Yea Im going to try that. She styled it pretty ok. The issue is its basically an assymetrical cut in back without including the bangs, rather thna a layered bob. It looks fancy;; like a waif thin, 'I'm a beautiful junkie' model haircut. High maintenance and needs confidence to wear it. So I doubt washing it will do anything because its still going to be assymetrical but at elast I'll get the itchy bits off
Sh doesn't love it. Said 'its ok' which is boy code word for 'egh I hate it but I better be quiet and 'supportive' or I'l won't get any for a loooong time.' I have to shower still but been sick all morning. I think I caught that damn stomach flu going around. It better go away before tomorrow night cause we got dinner reservations and prepaid!

Im so sorry youre not happy with the cut Jenn! And that youre not feeling good. I know you were psyched for your chop. BUT...you really are a beautiful beautiful girl and you can pull off ANY cut, as evidenced by the fact that you played around with that hairstyle thingy and looked FAB w/ every single one, while some of us (ok...me, haha) looked like aliens!!!!! I know you look hot, even if you dont feel like it right now. Feel better. Lots of !
