That's a LOT of time for makeup and hair--how many girls are getting it done? I think we started hair and makeup at 7, was at hall by 10, took pics there, then gardens, back by 11:15 to prepare upstairs for 11:30 guest arrival and 12:00 ceremony. We finished all formal outdoor shots before ceremony. Good luck!

I would keep your time slot for hair and makeup. ON my wedding day, my car broke down and it rained....I was late, hairdresser was late. YOu want to be on the safe side.

Is it just you getting your hair done? If so, you probably don't need so much time. But if you have BMs with you, then you will probably need every minute.
Don't forget to schedule time to shower and eat breakfast!!!
PS: If your bridesmaids are getting up at 4am to get their hair done, you have very good friends!

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
They are not too thrilled...who would be getting up at the insane time?
But I guess I'd suck it up for my good friend! Without a doubt -- but i'd be in bed by 7pm that night heheh....
I'm not sure -- I have 5 adult bridesmaids and 2 cousins who may get ready elsewhere (not sure).
I'm thinking definitely 3 will want hair & makeup...
maybe 2 will want just hair....not too too sure...
I had to have an AM wedding b/c I don't know 220 people for an evening guarantee.
Sometimes i feel bad that Im doing it so early....but saturday nights are sooooooooooo much more expensive!

God Bless you ladies that had or are having an early wedding. There is no way I could have gotten out of bed at 4am!

This is just my opinion, but I don't like it when the invite is for a different time than you plan the ceremony to be. Some people may be counting on the extra half hour to go change or go back home in between and it leaves them feeling rushed.
You may have already done your invites, so don't stress over it, but in my opinion it's nicer to give them an honest timeline.
Other than that, I echo what the other ladies said and think you don't need as much time for the hair.
Westbury Manor will be beautiful in the daytime around that time of year!!!
