We are going to Dylan Prime restaurant in the city. We went last year for valentines day and loved it, so we decided to create a tradition. I'm so looking forward to it!!

Re: Newlyweds...what are your valentine plans?
DH made reservations for dinner at Rothmann's, but our friends adopted a baby girl and she came home last weekend, so I told him to cancel so we could spend the weekend with them. So, we'll be up in CT!

We didn't make any plans - thought baby might be here by then. Still waiting...
As of now, DH is working that night. I will probably make him his favorite dinner and a big old chocolate cake before he leaves that night.

We are going to the Wyndham Windwatch in Hauppauge for their V-Day special (dinner, room, breakfast the next day, chocolates, champagne) with 3 other couples. Should be fun!
Enjoy your days girls!

Re: Newlyweds...what are your valentine plans?
I have no idea what we are doing - probably just stay home and spend the day together.
However, I did call Audrey's bake shop and have them recreate our wedding cake - so that is my little surprise for him.
I got him a card and some scratch-offs (he loves them).
Hope everyone enjoys their day

we are going out for dinner on friday night. DH hates the rush-rush of the actual V-Day at restaurants. saturday we are just staying in and hanging out together.

Re: Newlyweds...what are your valentine plans?
I think we are going to go to Little Italy and walk around until we find a restaurant we like (there are TONS to choose from of course) and then get a pastry or two... nothing too crazy.
