Walking down at the beach always makes me feel better. Not being able to do that here stinks...the Potomac isn't the same as the Sound or the Ocean.

Not sure if that would help you just to take a breather but might be worth a shot! hope you can kick this!!

I think i may already be there...I have been tryin so hard to stay awake until I am exhausted...but I still only sleep a few hours and Im widde awake-If I vacuum one more time I may just commit myself

its not the falling asleep part I have a problem with...its the staying asleep part
