Sorry forgot to add don't know if this helps or not but my good friends sister had a miscarriage and got pregnant soon after now she has a beautiful 1 and 1/2 year old. Please don't give up hope. Its only the begining of the year and I know things will get better for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
YES!!! these stories help immensely. Its comforting to hear when it happens to other people and just soooo hopeful when you hear that things end up OK in the end. it's scary to go through and once it happens I'm sure it's going to be a fear i'll carry with me for the next time. so this hope from other people is really nice.
It happened to my mom - and here I am now.
Happened to my mom also and then she had 3 kids with no complications at all. Same with my MIL

Everything will be ok for you guys. I promise. This is so horrible and just awful. It does happen to many people, and they are able to conceive healthy babies after. Don't get yourself down, this isn't a life sentence. This is one awful experience, but it won't ruin your future. You are going to be an amazing mother. I love you. I know you don't probably want to hear this, but sometimes I feel like things really ARE in God's hands, and that there is a reason for everything that happens. Have faith my berry, I loves you so so much.

I'm going through a missed miscarriage.
we had a heartbeat 2 weeks ago.
now we have no heartbeat.
and my body still thinks im pregnant.
OMG K i just went through the same thing. (Dec 21st we found out). Im so sorry. Mine happened at 12 weeks. Had a heart beat at 7.5 weeks & then at 9.5 weeks it didnt. But since my body still thought it was prego because i never actually lost the baby. So when me & Dh went for our 12 week sonogram we found out there was no heart beat & we felt blindsided. IM SO SORRY this had to happen to you as well. Its very disappointing & sad. My results from the lab after the D&C (they will do a chromosome check on the baby to see if everything was normal because sometimes this is caused by an extra chromosome) came back normal. So i dont have an answer as to why the heart beat was lost. I hope it helps a little that someone else has gone through this recently as well. If you need to talk please dont hesitate to fm me. So sorry to hear this, and saying my prayers. It happened to my friend two years ago, three months later she got pregnant again and has a gorgeous, perfect daughter.

I also wanted to mention, it happened to my mom but now i'm here and have a brother! and also my sister in law, but she has a beautiful perfect son now!

My friend at work had one and got prego without getting her AF afterwards (not recommended) and her baby is totally healthy. You'll be fine its just bad luck.
That being said, I am so so so sorry. Huge hugs

Oh Keri - saw the title of your post and had a sinking feeling and was so sad when I opened it - my heart goes out to you - I can not imagine what you're going through - two of my close female relatives just went through the same thing and I know how heartbreaking it was for them!! love and prayers to you and your DH
edited to add - one of them is now pregnant and doing very well - less than 4 months later! just to add to the postive stories
