I'm going through a missed miscarriage.

we had a heartbeat 2 weeks ago.

now we have no heartbeat.

and my body still thinks im pregnant.

I am so unbelievably sorry for your loss. I couldn't imagine how you are feeling right now, I am just so sorry. I know that you will conceive again when you and DH are ready, and your baby will be a perfect, healthy gift to your family. Again, I am sending you prayers and hugs. I'm so sorry

YES!!! these stories help immensely. Its comforting to hear when it happens to other people and just soooo hopeful when you hear that things end up OK in the end. it's scary to go through and once it happens I'm sure it's going to be a fear i'll carry with me for the next time. so this hope from other people is really nice.

It happened to my mom - and here I am now.

Happened to my mom also and then she had 3 kids with no complications at all. Same with my MIL

Same here, my mom had one before she was pregnant with me.

My mom too and one of my very close friends. It's so much more common than you think but most people don't talk about it. One day it's going to 'right' and you're going to have an amazing family.

i saw this last night on LIF... and i just don't know what to say.... I am so sorry.... if you need to talk... unfortunately a few of my friends have had miscarriages, and i can share some of what they have gone through if that helps...

Keri I am so sorry to hear this breaks my heart. FH cousin lost her baby at 12 weeks in the spring and she is now 4 months pregnant

Kerri- i just have to say how happy I am to hear all these stories of women who lost babies and then went on to have healthy pregnancies after. I hope these stories help you to heal a little faster. Love you

Kerri I am so so sorry this is happening. If you need to talk you can FM me any time. But don't give up, it is common for this to happen in a first pregnancy. You two can get through this.

I am so sorry Kerri. My sister got pregnant 2 months after her wedding, miscarried at 6 weeks, but then got pregnant again right away and had a beautiful, healthy baby boy.

Oh Keri - saw the title of your post and had a sinking feeling and was so sad when I opened it - my heart goes out to you - I can not imagine what you're going through - two of my close female relatives just went through the same thing and I know how heartbreaking it was for them!! love and prayers to you and your DH

edited to add - one of them is now pregnant and doing very well - less than 4 months later! just to add to the postive stories
