DH helped hold up my dress on the day of the wedding, so the door open does not bother me,but out of habit I close it more often than not.

either is fine with me. we have only 1 bathroom---and usually my cat (who is OBSESSED w/ppl going to the bathroom) nudges the door open with his nose and sits down and watches me pee---then DH might have to come in for something, peeing & pooping in our house is a family affair.

We'll do everything with the door open, there's nothing to hide. Of course, this is only if we're home alone.
And Mel, my dog likes to watch too. It must be so entertaining for them!!

This topic is hilarious ! DH pees with the door open and i yell at him & close it !! I keep the door closed for #1 & #2 !! We don't have a lock on the door but when it's closed neither o us will walk in.

Closed. God willing, we will never go into the bathroom while the other is occupied with the commode. Although we joke about it all the time.

I usually pee with door close because the bathroom is like my private time but sometimes if I gotta go really quick I just pee with it open.

Open, did even before we were married DH had his own place.
#2 I close the door but its not locked.
