driving around without a purpose of destination, blasting music, wasting mileage. that was before gas went over $2 a gallon.

This was sooo me, too!!! Used to pick up my girlfriends and just drive around for the hell of it.... listening and singing to loud music and just going nuts.

Now most of us are penny pinching, so we just meet at a centralized place and have a cheap dinner with drinks.

11pm??? I am in bed by 9 most night...Need to watch TV first and unwind to be able to fall asleep...LOL

I FORCE myself to stay up until 11PM but sometimes it's earlier. If I go to sleep too early I'm up too early so I HAVE to go to sleep at 11PM. Problem is, on Saturday and Sunday DH gets mad when I fall asleep so early (he's a night bird and stays up on the weekends until 3AM)

Mine too!! He gets upset that I prefer to lay in our bed and watch TV than to stay up and on the couch with him. If he is off, he will force himself to stay awake until 2am-3am for no reason. I enjoy sleeping when I can, because most nights I can't sleep.
