Good morning girlies!! We're one day closer to Friday!! Woohoo!

What drink can you no longer drink anymore because of a bad experience? What was the experience?

For me, I can no longer drink Blackhaus, which I used to love. One New Years Eve several years back I was out with DH and some friends at a bar that was giving out free wine all night. I got to the point where I thought okay I'm pretty drunk I need to take a break from drinking so I don't get sick. Wellllll all of a sudden my friends wanted to do a shot of Blackhaus and asked me to join. I said no at first but then as I saw the bartender pouring the shots I ended up caving in and told him to add one more! BIG mistake. Right after the shot I started feeling nauseous and shortly after I started getting sick. I never had Blackhaus again and it gives me the chills just thinking about drinking it!!

I used to think it was tequila, but I kinda got over that and now I just don't drink shitttty tequila!

I should never drink white zinfandel again because DH and I went to AC one night and it was BYOB so I brought a bottle of white zin. I drank the WHOLE thing and I was vomiting everywhere. When DH and i got back to the car that night, I sat in the passenger seat while he went to go do something. I vomited right out of the car and I was so effed up that I didn't notice a possum walk up and start to eat my puke!!!!!!!!

DH drove away as quick as possible.

I try not to drink white zin, but sometimes it winds up in my glass.

I recently re-discovered Patron Silver. It's so SMOOTH and I got shittay without getting sick OR hungover. Even DH was impressed.

My no-go drink is vodka and OJ.... or well Crystal Palace Vodka and OJ. Yeah. I can't even look at OJ anymore- the only way I can drink it is in a mimosa. I won't relate the entire experience but it was my first time at the bar in college and I woke up in a friend's friend's house with her sweatpants on.

Tequila - and not from my own experience. When I was younger I saw a 15 year old girl drink about half a bottle of tequila at a block party. She went inside my friend's house and proceeded to puke all over herself while sitting in a chair. The whole house reeked! Ambulance had to come take her out because her eyes rolled back in her head. They couldn't maneuver the stretcher around the corners in the house so they took her out the window.

Southern Comfort. It involved a dog dish and a permanent marker. I had mean friends.

sadly, no matter how bad the experience, i have never stopped drinking anything. i guess i'll never learn my lesson

I couldn't drink tequila for 5 years after going to cancun for spring break The smell of it would make me dry heave

I used to love irish car bombs but i did about 4 of them in a row one night (I can chug like one of the boys) and ended up being sooo wasted and just full of Guinness and ready to pop.

then I ate a humongous burrito. One the way home (there were 5 of us in the car), everyone was singing and i was just trying not to vom. we almost made it home but they finally had to stop the car for me and i puked in the street and was told that my vomit looked like 'Mount Rushmore'

the next day was painfulll and I can drink guinness now but i still haven't done a car bomb since

my friends still talk about the formation of my three dimensional vomit. they swear they saw the face of abraham lincoln

I went out to chillis after work for some drinks with DH and our BM and I took advantage of their 2fer margaritas that night. Uhh they are delicious!


then we went back to the BMs apartment and all he had to drink was red wine. So needless to say, after a buttload of margaritas, and a bottle of red wine, I became barney the puking purple dinosaur.

(and of course that night wound up in the BM speech )

Rum. Any kind... the smell makes me turn green!

Years ago - my cousin and I were telling tales of our drinking and he challenged me to a drinking contest. We both bought a large bottle of Bacardi and tons of coke and just drank and drank all night. When the rum was gone - we turned to beer (yes, I tried to open a bottle with out a key and ended up with a chipped tooth!).

I did at one point have the thought that someone needed to walk my dog and put him to bed, so I asked my younger cousin to do so - and I remember crawling from where we were to my bed.... and spending 3 days in it cause I was so sick!

Now - I only drink red wine, tequila (yum!) or champagne....

Tequila....I played soccer in college and to 'initiate' all the freshman we all had to do tequila shots. After one or two, mine just kept coming right back up. So gross.
