What is your biggest fear and what have you done to conquer it?

I am deathly afraid of heights! I get dizzy when I'm too high up. But in the past, I've done the Dare Devil Dive at Great Adventure where they pull you up I dont even how many feet and you free fall w/ that bungee - it was insane. I was literally in tears!!! I also went rapelling in Costa Rica which was insane b/c I had to let myself down the cliffs for about 300 feet. I was shaking in my panties and held people up but i eventually did it and was so happy that i did!!

Roller coasters. I tried to conquer it when I was about 13, and went on a roller coaster with my uncle and cousin in Virginia. I think I just exacerbated it.

I was afraid to fly actually I still am but when I was about to turn 26 I decided for my birthday I was going to see my friend in Florida and fly jetblue everything went wrong ( delays, taken out by security, missing my flight, stand by, turbulence) I never wanted to fly again after that but dh made me do it for the honeymoon. Let's just say this time was better but not by much
