TGIF!! whooo - it's been a long week. .

So this is a TOTALLY goofy QOTD but is based upon that silly game MASH that I used to play as a kid (maybe others) . .

So if you could describe your following ideal living situation in the future what would it be. . only rule is you can't answer for where you are now! I left off the boy you're going to marry bc WELL YOU DID IT!!

where do i want to live: someplace w/ palm trees but super close to all my family and friends

job: maturnity nurse, OR or ER nurse...haven't figured that one out yet!

House: we live in a 2 bdrm coop now so i would want a 3

Car: hopefully my same one - dont believe in car payments lol

Where you want to live: same now - i love it - howard beach


Job: sitting my assss on my couch

see i am simple and dont ask for much lol

House: Colonial style with a large, open floor plan, huge kitchen w/ an island, laundry room on the 1st floor, and a bar in the basement for DH's mancave.

Car: A Lexus SUV

Where you want to live: North Carolina


Job: stay at home mommy!

House: Big house with lots of spiral staircases (I’m obsessed with them)

Car: Mini cooper

Number of Kids: 1-2

Where you want to live: Somewhere in LI~ (I live in Queens right now)

Job: Stay at home mom-housewife

House: 4-5 bedroom split, with huge kitchen, and a mastor bathroom, basement, huge backyard with a and a deck...completely remodeled and gorgeous

Car: Lexus Convertible

Number of Kids: 3-4


Where you want to live: Long Island ( iknow i live in li now, but it could be a different town)


Job: Stay at home mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

House - I want my own townhouse in the city or brooklyn with a yard (yes no way I can afford it but hey)

Car - is this sad I don't know?

Kids - 2

Where - brooklyn or manhattan - I love LI too but my bro and sis and their kids are all here!

Job - i want to write for a sitcom (not CLOSE to my current job but hey! )

House: Funny, I came home last night and DH is looking up houses in the computer so we got to talking about what we'd want. I'd want a place with a backyard, at least 3 bedrooms and a basement. We were also considering a 2 family house where we can rent the top floor, much like the house we rent now.

Car: Anything, anything at ALL besides DH's crappy asss Jeep Laredo. He bought it because it had all the bells and whistles and it's always in the shop!

Number of Kids: 2- no more, no less please. Dh and I have discussed the possibly of having the first one the good old fashioned way and then adopting another child.


Where you want to live: Queens. We want to stay as close to where we are living now as is possible. So we're looking at Elmhurst, Glendale, Maspeth, Middle Village, Forest Hills- that kind of area.


Job: We're both happy where we are for now. DH wants to go back to school and become a history teacher or a physical therapist. I think he'd be GREAT in either role. I would like to also go back to school and possibly look into becoming a paralegal or a Human Resources position.

House: Craftsman style with a large, open floor plan, huge kitchen with an island and a family room that is open to the kitchen, basement to be used as a play room/man cave, large backyard with an inground pool, hot tub, paver deck and large grass area for the kids and dog, 3 car garage.

Car: 1965 Mustang Convertible

House: An all white very modern condo with floor to ceiling windows

Where you want to live: 1/2 the year in NYC 1/2 the year just traveling.

Job: Dance studio owner or dance competition judge

House: New construction - 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal living room,dining room, family room, bonus room

Car: I'm thinking a Toureg since I like SUVs and DH has a VW and loves it

Where you want to live: Indian Trail, NC - happening next year

Job: Middle school ELA teacher

House: a 4 bedroom, with a master suite, a huge a$$ kitchen with everything I want, connecting family room and dinning room, basement with entertainment room, laundry room and lots of storage. Also a 3 car detachted garage with a man cave in it.

Car: Another Honda Civic but, if we have kids then some kind of a truck

Number of Kids: I have one so 1 more would be fine


Where you want to live: In Massapequa or down south like NC or Georgia


Job: If I had another kid then a stay at home mom and then open up my own bakery

I used to live about 15 minutes from Indian Trail!

House: 3-4 Bedroom colonial or victorian with a living room, family room, dining room, basement, eat-in kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and at least .25 acre backyard on a quiet street

Car: I'm not really a car person. I'd say maybe a family-friendly Subaru

Number of Kids: 3


Where you want to live: Smithtown/St. James, but I know that's not realistically where we'll be living due to our jobs.


Job: Marketing Manager by day, novelist by night!

house..just a nice home for us and our fam..nothing too big but big enough for the kids

car..truck for the snow and im good with that

live..nyc im a city girl and love my queens but dh wants to go t oli so we will be moving there prob next yr

Did you like it? Do you still live in NC? I might have to pick your brain...

House: Nothing crazy, just at least 3 bedrooms, a basement, 2 bathrooms, nice sized living room, dining room, newer kitchen. and a big backyard with an inground pool

Car: I LOVE the Chevy tahoe to haul the kiddies aorund. But if I could also have 'me' car, the new Camaro.

Job: Well ive pretty much done what i wanted to do. So if im not a stay at home Mom then being an Asst. Comptroller is great!

House: 4 bed 4 bath, an infinity pool, a guest house and a nice yard

Car: RANGE baby, i always wanted a yellow xterra too

Number of kids: my mind has been changing on this subject since everyone around me is preggers!


Where you want to live: Ive heard great things about Austin Texas, of course Manhattan if I could afford a decent amount of swuare footage which would probably change my house description alot


Job: I'm thinking about the Army occupational therapy program. Their has been a rise in the amount of amputees coming back from wars and this is an area I am very interested in. Biggest issues are I would actually have to go through basic training and I am soooo not in shape to do that and convincing DH

House: Victorian 4 bedrooms, at least 2.5 Baths, large yard with an in-ground pool and a wrap around porch

Car: Range Rover or Mercedes CL
