NWR: are you and DH fans of different teams.

I am new to this board, and I hope it is ok that I post non-wedding yet couple related stuff.

Anyway, I like the Yankees, though I am not a diehard fan of any particular team. However, it seems even more fun to be like 'Go Yankees' because DH is a Mets fan and he is light hearted about it.

What about you guys?

I don't know if the topic is ok, either, but since we have the exact same issue in our home, I had to reply! That's a running joke in our newlywed home - I went to school in Boston, which REALLY cemented my devotion to the Yankees, and he has been a Mets fan since birth. It is not good that the Mets were winning and the Yankees were doing so badly in the beginning of the season. And to see my DH with that grin on his face when the sports news came on the tv every day in the beginning of the season . . . let's just say it's a darn good thing he's so cute when he smiles!
