So I LOVE my Ipad, but HATE that there's no keyboard. DH was telling me about the bluetooth keyboards you can buy, but I never invested in it because they were so expensive.

Not today on Daily Steals! They have the iPad Bluetooth keyboard & case for $40

This is what I don't get.

You have an ipad. You want a keyboard.

... why don't people just get a laptop? They are pretty small nowadays.

I had a laptop and it died. DH bought me the ipad for Christmas. I didn't even ask for it - it was a COMPLETE surprise. But now that I do have it, I love it. I'm just not as productive without a keyboard. I find that I'm lazier when it comes to writing out long things on it b/c I find the touch keypad so annoying.

This is why I got a netbook...because while I love apple products, I didn't want to spend a fortune on an iPad and then even more money on a keyboard.

netbook, yeah... but even my laptop isn't that big. it wasn't that expensive. probably the same or less than an ipad.

and i mean... i guess i'm not taking it everywhere with me but... i lay in bed with it. on the couch. or i can put it on a table and type on it.

i just dont get the whole ipad thing.

Totally understand what you're saying. We also have a desktop and a netbook in the house, so when my laptop died, I was kind of like whatever, I'll use one of the others. But apparently DH doesn't like to share
