NYC restaurant recs!

I need recs for a place to eat tomorrow night- preferably not too far from the theater district. Its DH and I, and his two OOT friends. They said something 'unique to NY, no burgers'

oh so many in the theater district!

if you want fish/seafood try esca (let me know if you do, BIL works there)

for more italian (but very new york) try either becco or scarlatto - both are awesome!

all 3 are in the theater district. bbm me for details

todd english's restaurant! what's more NY than a celebrity chef? took dh to ca va last summer before Wicked and it was so good. carpet bagger oysters = amazing!
