PLease offer some suggestions. Now that I am working in NYC I would like to go a few nights that week.
On my list I just sent to DH:
Victor's Cafe
Rosa Mexicano
Fig & Olive
Wildwood BBQ

I LOVEEEE Park Avenue Winter. They change the restaurant decor and menu for every season.

I've heard great things about Lure Fishbar...if you like seafood...my friend raves about this place, haven't tried it yet because DH is not interested.

Dh and I made a reservation at Anja Bar (Buddha Bar previously). Haven't eaten there ever, but we figured we'd try it out.

Wildwood is good...I go there a lot for lunch since it is in my building...but if you want really good BBQ, try Blue Smoke instead...much better! Rosa Mexicana is always a fav!

We havent made any reservations yet we're going to look it over tonight. I've been to Maya which we both loved and Dos Caminos which was so so. I really liked Isabella's on the west side and I've been to Ruby Foo's for work but I think there are better places on the list.

It's hard for me to find places I can go since I don't eat meat or fish. If you know of any good options let me know.

I loooooooove Fig & Olive. It is one of my favorite restaurants ever. And my parents love Victor's Cafe.

I had to report back b/c A Voce was AMAZING! Definitely a good choice for restaurant week...We went for lunch and had:
goat cheese ravioli
mushroom and walnut soup
duck leg & creamy polenta
spaghetti & shrimp w/chick peas, garlic and breadcrumbs
chocolate panna cotta
aaaaand...if you mention Tasting Table (a dining newsletter), you get a free ricotta appetizer, which is served with the tastiest garlic bread ever...

I am stuffed!!!!
