yes we are, we wanted to move by december but post-poned it now to doing it in january lol. We put our name on the waiting list for this place we want, his friends live in this community or whatever its called but they are town homes or more like cottages, all separated from eachother though and 2 floors. I like it and weve gone to theirs a couple of times and like the place so hopefully soon. They said recently they called ppl on the waiting list that they knew but they couldnt take it so seems like they have stuff available.
Good luck with the apt. If you really like your dr that much you should stick with them. It's only twice a year

Dr. Raber is great, but I heard she is strickly GYN now, no more OB. It's not a concern for me I also have the sonos (cringing as I write this) as part of my regular check ups.
oh I didnt know that- do you go to someone else in the practice now because of that?
I've only gone to Dr. Raber. I started with her when her office was in Bayside. I still see Dr. Raber. I just meant because no babies for me. I'm not sure who does the OB part in the office.

No big deal. I'm older, 42, which is why no babies for me. I've got three to take care of anyway - DH, FIL and my Dad.

Dr. Pillitteri in Deer Park. He does a sonogram at every one of my appts. He has a great bedside manner and I have been going to him for 13 years now. He'll be delivering my boys in Feb.

my SIL highly recommended who she uses (just had a baby 3 weeks ago) she absolutely loves them.....I'm starting to go to them now too...........they have 2 female doctors and 1 male and a midwife, all testing/sonograms are done in their office....they are right by Roosevelt Field the address is on the website. Their primary hospital is NorthShore Plainview (which btw, this is why I'm going to them you pretty much are guaranteed to get your own room in that hospital!).....but I think they also deliver at LIJ too. all their info is on the website.
