sorry if this has been asked a million times - but how many pictures are in your wedding album? just trying to get an idea because we are going to be creating our own somehow! i'm assuming your count will include the litte ones and background ones used if any?

i picked 90 for my album and 30 for the parents album. i just went with what they recommended. hth!

If you are DIYing it, then you can do whatever number you want. I didnt count but we have 80 pages...except for the last few pages we usually have like 1-3 per page.
For the girls I am helping with their albums, I have told them all they can use whatever number they want. Certain pictures like your formals and the oens of you and DH and you getting ready, you will wnat to have onley one or 2 as a focus per page. Ones of the reception for instance, you can collage alot more.

We haven't made our album yet so I don't know how many we'll have. Probably the minimal amount due to cost.
My sister however had 150 in hers!! Her album is GORGEOUS! and over $3,000

It wasn't in our budget to have a huge album, so we went with what was included in our package. about 30 pictures in our main album. However we get to keep all 800 of our proofs (and they don't have PROOF or anything written on them), so I plan to do something nice with all of those.

Our has 122..we went 50 over our 72 in the contract. I couldn't believe it was an extra $22 a pic that we went over...ouch...It should hopefully be done soon...can't wait.

I know this may sound crazy but I only picked 24...and I will tell you why...I hated my pictures...I think the photgrapher did a horrible job...needless to say I was only able to choose 24 that I thought were worth even having....my dh thinks I'm crazy..but I know I'm right...

We get 180 - my father really wanted me to have a huge album so he worked that out for me with the photographer. And my parent's album will have the same, but they can change 6 pages of it.

We didn't have a big budget for this, but I did want photos and video. We do have all the proofs though, 400.
Main album is 36 Parents album are 18.

still working on our....but contract says 65 for main and 24 for parent..... We get all 500 proofs that don't say PROOF on it so we will use them in other ones we make
