I assume it has to do with the averages. Even if we all vote 5s across the board, people not leaving comments must be giving us like 2s and not just us - everyone. People with amazing pictures have bad averages.

there definitely has to be nasty people just voting low for the hell of it. When I loaded up my webpage, it had one view- and one star. Eeew. I accidentally deleted it, then I viewed it and gave myself 5 stars. I currently have a 5 star rating. We'll see how long that lasts...
