Officially in contract

The sellers finally signed the contract last night after they had the papers for over a week.....

I am so excited and am pushing for a pre-holiday move in!!!!!!! Lots of work to do on the house (new kitchen, all new floors and paint and much more) I cant wait to dig in and start construction (we are doing it all ourselves).

Santa is bringing me Home Depot gift cards!!!!!!!!!

Congrats! Where are the new digs?

We are moving to Farmingdale. It was definitely not our first choice in towns cause we wanted to be on the water but we love the house so we can drive the extra 10 mins to the water.

I don't think anyone moves to their first choice in town, just so you know! lol
