Oh My Gosh! UPDATE

So brad called me today at work to tell me that he found our dog and he wants him! Of course I want a dog but I know it is a huge responsibility (financially and time-wise) and I don't know what to do. Brad is SO responsible (think Greg from Darma and Greg) and has been saying no to by Darma like pleas for years! Now he wants one and I am afraid! We have to call the breeder tonight if we want him! Eek!!

Meet Utah!

UPDATE: thanks girls. Utah was sold We have a deposit put in and are going to go and visit his brother Cole (if they decide not to use him as a show dog) and take a look at the litter that was just born last week. Hopefully we will find our perfect puppy! I am so sad, I really was so excited about this!

He's adorable but did you research the breeder? My sister has name of well respected breeders and I can get you them if you want.

She has a Frenchie and he has so many problems.....problems that are normal for bulldogs just not for mutts. She has to feed him special (expensive) food....

so just be prepared for high vet bills. Bulldogs have lots of problems cause of their breathing and you will need a vet that deals with bulldogs.

I definitely recommend not getting him until you puppy proof the house!

Yeah we have friends who have used this breeder so we know he is good
We are aware of the health problems bt we just love them...they are great apartment dogs!

he is ridiculously cute. . I say as long as you're willing to take on the high maintenance of the bulldog do it!!! he's so cute. . but def puppy proof!!

Here's the thing. Be sure that you have plenty of time to train the little guy. If you are working now, wait until the summer (Assuming that you have the summer off from teaching.) That way, you have plenty of time to spend with the guy and train them right. I do suggest crate training- it worked well for our little Mojo! Good luck!!!!

I totally agree about the summer thing! That's when we got Jeter. I could not have done it during the school year!
